Delivery Information
There are three options available:
- First option is "store pick-up". It comes free of charge. However, it is convenient only to a fraction of our customers. Unless you plan to visit Šiauliai, Lithuania and drop by our office, that's not an option for you.
- Usually, delivery via Lithuanian Post (post.lt), national mailing operator, is the preferred method for all orders up to 2 kg. All parcels are sent with registered & priority post. This automatically adds couple of euros to every order regardless of its weight. However, this allows for tracking number which is subsequently sent to all customers. Tracking numbers can be checked at https://old.post.lt/en/help/parcel-search. Additionally, delivery fee gets reimbursed by Lithuanian post, if anything goes wrong with the registered post.
- Lastly, in special cases, when order's weight or measurements exceed that allowed by Lithuanian Post, we use DPD courier services. The price of such delivery depends on multitude of factors and is calculated each time individually as the need arises.
