The return of goods is subject to and governed by:

• the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania,
• The Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania Nr. 258 from August 17, 2001 “On the approval of Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services in the Field of Communication through Contracts”,
• The Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania Nr. 217 from June 29, 2001 “On the Approval of the Rules for Returns and Replacements”.

Return Requirements

• The goods shall be returned in the original packaging of the goods and the consignment.
• Make sure to include your the original invoice, which was mailed to you with your purchase.
• Except as provided in the "the Rules for Returns and Replacements", items that you do not like in shape, size, color, pattern or set are not exchanged or accepted.
• The goods will not be accepted back if they have been damaged or have lost their appearance (changes in appearance of a product or of its packaging which are necessary to carry out a visual inspection of a product shall not be considered as substantial change in appearance).
• Returned goods may be delivered in person to UAB “Lazerio Darbai”, Tilžės g. 83b, LT-78113 Šiauliai, Lithuania, weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00, sent by courier service or mailed to the same address.

Return Procedure

1. The user has the right to refuse purchased products. To do so, he or she must fill-out a return form within 7 working days of its delivery. Return form can be found on our website.
2. After submitting a return form on lazeriodarbai.lt, the goods must be mailed to the seller within 15 days.
3. After delivery of the returned goods and an assessment of their quality, within 5 working days we will refund your purchase, shipping cost not included.
